Years ago, Parker personally experienced a severe homeowner’s insurance claim. Like most people, he assumed his insurance provider would step up and cover the cost of the damages. Instead, he was met with red tape, lowball estimates, and a payout that didn’t come close to covering the necessary repairs. It was an incredibly frustrating experience, but rather than just walking away, Parker desired to learn exactly how and why the system failed. He made the decision to be a beacon for change.
Driven by a deep desire to assist others so they would never have to face the insurance process alone, Parker took his expertise to the absolute highest level. He didn’t just learn the roofing trade; he gained his full General Contractor’s license across three of the toughest states for extreme weather: Louisiana, Texas, and Florida.
Becoming the creator and owner of Shingle Solutions allowed Parker to build a team of highly experienced and personable individuals who share this same fight. Together, we have developed streamlined, highly efficient processes. Today, Shingle Solutions aims to provide you with a new roof through an informed, completely no-headache approach. We handle the documentation, the adjuster meetings, and the complex paperwork so you don’t have to.
